Cancellation Clause |

| Deposits are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of taking up booking. Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit or credit card number. Refunds on deposits for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on ability to re-let the room. All refunds are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Receipt of your deposit assumes your agreement to these terms. |
