Perfectly positioned between Plettenberg Bay and Nature's Valley, 2km from our spectacular coastline and beaches. Tarn offers you the breathtaking view of the Tsitsikamma mountain range, walking trails, bird watching at Tarn itself. Tarn Country House offers you a choice of 8 individually and elegantly decorated, spacious en-suite bedrooms. Scrumptious breakfasts served in the dining room or on the patio. Dine at Tarn's restaurant and enjoy the combination of a great setting, flavours and presentation of Francois' gourmet delights, add to this our very comprehensive wine list.
ATTRACTIONS
The Garden Route offers something for everyone. Enjoy a vigorous hike in the Tsitsikamma, a spectacular mountain bike trail or take a Tree Top Tour. Take in the sights by gliding or paragliding or see the sights by steam train - and meet Tjoe! Boat trips along the Keurbooms, Monkey Land, Elephant Park and or the famous Polo fields neighboring Tarn in the Crags. Whale and dolphin watching and last but no means least, Golf - play on the numerous golf courses in our area.
For the less adventurous, there is a comfortable lounge where you can read in front of the log fire or during the day enjoy the butterflies, they visit Tarn in their hundreds. |
