| The complex is superbly situated with incredible seaviews. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. There are no buildings in front of the apartment to spoil your view! The main Margate Blue Flag beach is a short walk away. The fishing directly in front of the complex is excellent and the Margate Pier is a 4 minute walk. |

Description |

Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. A security guard is on duty at night to ensure your safety. There is also a swimming pool in the complex and a lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use.
Zest Holidays currently has 6 units available for rental. Three units are situated in the front row of the complex, whilst the other three are set further back, but still have lovely sea views. Please select a unit to view from the sub-menu on the left.
UNIT 2
Number 2 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is also a swimming pool in the complex and a lock-up garage for your use.
The unit consists of:
1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a second bathroom.
6 people can be comfortably accommodated
All 3 bedrooms have stunning sea views.
The ground floor consists of a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room and well-equipped kitchen. There is TV set and full DSTV is provided.
There is a verandah with built in braai leading off the lounge and dining-room. A Weber braai is also available for your use.Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily by a maid who will make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clean your braai etc.
UNIT 3
Number 3 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is also a swimming pool in the complex and a lock-up garage for your use.
The unit consists of:
1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and a double with a bunk bed above in the third bedroom.
A second bathroom.
7 people can be comfortably accommodated.
All 3 bedrooms have stunning sea views.
The ground floor consists of a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room with a small bar containing its own fridge and freezer; and extremely well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tumble-drier, washing machine microwave etc. Full DSTV is provided for you.
There is a verandah off the lounge and dining-room leading onto a grassed area with a braai. There is also a Weber braai supplied.
Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced. Maid’s duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, cleaning braai etc. An automatic dishwasher is provided for your use.

Number 4 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is also a swimming pool and a lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use.
ACCOMMODATION:
1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a second bathroom.
1 double sleeper couch downstairs
8 people can be comfortably accommodated
The ground floor consists of a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room and extremely well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tumble-drier, washing machine microwave etc. There is TV, DSTV and a DVD player.
There is a verandah (with built-in braai and Weber) off the lounge and dining-room leading onto a small garden.
Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced and maid’s duties include making beds, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms and braai etc. Our caretaker, Lucy has an experienced team of maids working under her, to ensure a hassle-free stay. An automatic dishwasher is provided for you!
UNIT 6
Number 6 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. Four of the units are in the very front and four are set further back. No 6. is one of the back four that overlooks the complex swimming pool. Seaviews are still very good! The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is one undercover parking bay and a lock-up garage for your use.
The unit consists of:
1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
2 smaller bedrooms – 1 with a queen-size bed and another with 2 single beds. A second bathroom services these two bedrooms
6 people can be comfortably accommodated
The main bedroom has its own balcony with a lovely view of the sea!
The ground floor consists of parking and a laundry with washing machine and tumble drier.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor which is the living and entertainment area consisting of a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room and extremely well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. Full DSTV is provided.
Leading off the lounge, is a spacious verandah and braai area that overlooks the complex swimming pool.
All bedding and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. The unit is serviced daily. Maid’s duties include making beds, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, washing braai etc. An automatic dishwasher is supplied for your use.
The second floor houses the three tastefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms.
UNIT 7
Number 7 Villa Siesta is part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. Four of these units are in the front row and four are in the back. No 7. is one of the back units that overlooks the complex pool. Seaviews are good. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is a lock-up garage and parking bay for your use.
This triple-storey unit consists of:
1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
2 smaller bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds (4 people are accommodated in this room) and a second bathroom.
8 people can be comfortably accommodated
All 3 bedrooms on the top floor have good sea views.
The ground floor consists of a lock-up garage and laundry with washing machine and tumbledrier. The first floor houses a guest toilet, open plan lounge, dining-room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. DSTV is permanently activated for you.
There is a verandah with built in braai leading off the lounge and dining-room.
